Most of the lectures will be
given in the above or a smiliar
air-conditioned, computer-enhanced classroom.
You will have access to the university library, where you can research online
databases, study in one of those quiet reading rooms, or read
magazines from home.
Lodging

We will stay at the Faculty Club on campus that is equivalent to a "3-star" hotel in China. The room is air-conditioned and has a private bathroom. You will share the room with another student on the program. The lodging facility is approximately 5 minutes on foot to the classroom.

Several on-campus dining facilities provide different levels of service and pricing. Almost all are more economical than eating off-campus. Xuhui is a vibrant area offering hundreds of dining choices.

Shanghai is a shopper's paradise. Be sure to
pack light, as you will probably bring back a ton of stuff.
The Xuhui shopping district has more than eight malls and is less than
10 minutes on foot from the campus.
